She was born in 1972 in Ankara. After graduating from Uskudar American Academy for Girls, she graduated from New York Institute of Technology, Department of Communication Arts and Psychology. She received her doctorate in Psychology from the New York New School Social Research Graduate Faculty. During this period, she worked with pre-primary school children living on the poverty line, young people with attention deficiency and special learning difficulties and adults with general anxiety disorder. She returned to Turkey in 2001.

Within the scope of her doctoral thesis on ‘Perceptual hierarchy in primary school children’’, she applied cognitive skills studies to more than 800 students in primary schools in Istanbul / Sisli region. After working in the Psychiatry Department of Balikli Greek Hospital for one year, she opened her private clinic in Nişantaşı.

She is currently providing individual therapy in her offices in Nişantaşı and Rumelihisarı.She is the founder of Cognitive Skills Social Responsibility Project.
