Cognitive Skills Training Social Responsibility Project
Cognitive Skills Social Responsibility Project was founded by psychologist Defne Aruoba Akpinar, PhD (USA). The aim of the project is to enhance the cognitive and social skills of primary school students. The content of the Cognitive Skills Training consists of mental exercises, and interactive games that support cognitive development. Cognitive Skills Training is applied by volunteers who are selected among 4th grade undergraduate or graduate students of Psychology from various universities in Istanbul. Defne Aruoba Akpınar provides three days of theoretical and practical training to the volunteers. Volunteers are supervised throughout the project.
